Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub.

Responsibilities

• Own performance marketing and growth strategy across Amazon and Flipkart (end-to-end).
• Manage Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products/Brands/Display) and Flipkart Ads and related growth levers.
• Drive catalog health, listing optimization, A+ content, ratings, reviews, and organic search ranking.
• Own the marketplace P&L—ACOS/TACOS, ROAS, revenue and margin targets.
• Plan and execute marketplace event calendars (Big Billion Days, festivals).
• Coordinate with category/operations for inventory to match demand.
• Report on performance, identify growth opportunities, and monitor benchmarks.

As Performance Marketing Head — Marketplace, you will own the company's growth on Amazon and Flipkart end-to-end — from ad performance to catalog health to marketplace P&L. This is a builder's role: the marketplace charter is yours to define and scale.

MUST HAVES

• 6+ years of hands‑on Amazon & Flipkart performance marketing experience, ideally in FMCG, beauty, wellness or D2C brands.
• Proven track record of scaling marketplace revenue while improving ROAS/ACOS.
• Strong analytical comfort with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and marketplace ad platforms.
• Quick Commerce (Blinkit/Zepto/Instamart) exposure is a strong plus, given the company's omnichannel play.
• Execution-first attitude — ready to run the channel hands‑on, without hand‑holding.
