• Minimum 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Advertising.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of Lead Generation, Conversion Optimization, and Funnel Management.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking tools.
• Experience with audience targeting, remarketing, and campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms.
• Generate quality leads and improve conversion rates for admissions and enrollments.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to achieve target KPIs.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
• Manage campaign budgets and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Track and analyze key performance metrics such as CPL, CAC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROI.
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
