Job summary

SkySun Mohali is seeking a Performance Marketer to execute and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads. You will work on daily campaign setup, monitoring CPL/CPA, and landing page tweaks to improve lead quality. This role requires comfort with data, A/B testing, and collaboration with design/web teams to ensure tracking is accurate.

You will join an in-office team in Mohali with a 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST shift, 5-day weeks, and a salary budget of 10–15 LPA.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience working with landing pages and understanding conversion rate optimization.
• Clear understanding of campaigns, ad sets, keywords, audiences, and budgets.
• Ability to read data and make logical optimization decisions.
• Basic understanding of tracking, pixels, and conversions.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Comfortable working in an in-office team environment.
• Experience marketing to US audiences is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.

About the Role

This role is focused on daily execution, monitoring, and improvement of paid campaigns and the landing pages that convert that traffic into leads. You are not expected to be an advanced strategist. You must be comfortable working inside ad platforms, reading data, and making practical optimization decisions that improve CPL and lead quality over time.
