Job summary

ZOCA, an AI-powered marketing platform for beauty and wellness, is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketer in Bengaluru. You will own ZOCA's SEO and performance engine, getting into the weeds, running campaigns yourself, and driving measurable growth from day one.

You’ll build and execute full SEO strategies, drive organic traffic, manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns, monitor metrics, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to optimise crawlability and conversion.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing.
Proven SEO (content + technical) and paid media track record.
Strong analytical skills with GA4, GSC, and ad platforms.
Ability to write briefs and own campaigns end-to-end.

Responsibilities

Own SEO strategy: keyword research, on-page optimisation, content planning, and technical SEO.
Plan and run paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn; manage budgets and creatives.
Optimize CAC and ROAS; iterate landing pages and run A/B tests.
Set up and own analytics stack, dashboards and attribution.
Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to drive growth.

The Role

We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Performance Marketer who can own ZOCA's marketing charter end-to-end. You'll be joining a growing team and taking full ownership of ZOCA's SEO and performance marketing engine. This is a builder's role — you'll be expected to get into the weeds, run campaigns yourself, and drive measurable growth from day one.

What You'll Own

SEO

Build and execute a full SEO strategy — keyword research, on-page optimisation, content planning, and technical SEO
Drive organic traffic growth through a consistent content calendar (blogs, landing pages, case studies)
Track rankings, monitor competitors, and continuously improve search visibility
Work with the product and tech team to ensure the website is optimised for crawlability and performance

Performance Marketing

Plan and run paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn — owning budgets, bidding, targeting, and creative briefs
Optimise for CAC and ROAS; build and iterate on landing pages to improve conversion rates
Run A/B tests across ads, copy, and creative; turn insights into action quickly
Set up and own the performance marketing stack — tracking, attribution, dashboard

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in a growth, digital, or performance marketing role
Proven track record with SEO (content + technical) and paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Meta/Google Ads Manager
Bias for action: you don't wait for a brief, you write the brief
Good with words — you can write crisp ad copy and clear content without a copywriter on speed dial
Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and design teams
Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar) is a bonus
