Job summary

QualityAI in India seeks a Performance Lead to own the performance testing strategy across projects and lead end-to-end testing efforts. You will architect LoadRunner frameworks, review scripts and results, and provide expert analysis for tuning across layers.

You will collaborate to define SLAs and KPIs, mentor engineers, and drive adoption of best practices and tools in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in performance testing and test strategy development.
• Hands-on with LoadRunner and SAP performance testing approaches.
• Strong scripting ability in C/JavaScript and familiarity with SAP interfaces.
