Responsibilities

• Conduct performance testing using Micro Focus LoadRunner for web technologies, infrastructure, and networking.
• Lead performance validation for Web (HTTP/HTML) and AJAX TruClient protocols.
• Perform SAP performance validation to ensure system stability under load.
• Contribute to cloud migration initiatives and work with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Partner with teams across network, storage, and server infrastructure to resolve issues.
• Analyze performance bottlenecks and recommend optimization strategies.
• Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams across virtual and culturally diverse environments.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide clear communication on performance insights.
• Own performance-related issues and elevate to senior leadership where necessary.
