Sun Direct in Chennai is hiring a Performance & Growth Marketing Lead to drive subscriber acquisition and growth for Sun Direct GO through paid digital channels. This role is numbers-driven, focused on scaling subscriptions efficiently while maintaining strong unit economics.

You will collaborate with performance agencies, product, and data teams to optimise the full acquisition funnel, track CAC, CPS, LTV, and ROI, and report measurable outcomes to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of experience in performance or growth marketing (OTT, telecom, D2C, consumer apps).
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven track record of driving paid subscriptions.
• Deep understanding of CAC, CPS, LTV, and funnel metrics.
• Experience managing agencies and media budgets.
