Job Title: Performance Analyst(10+ Years Experience)
Location: Gurugram - Sector 33 (Onsite - 5 Days a Week)
Shift Time: 12:30 pm IST to 9:30 pm IST
Job Purpose
The Performance & Incentive Analyst will own the end‑to‑end performance incentive governance framework across the organization. This role is responsible for designing and administering KRAs, coordinating monthly self‑appraisals, validating reported performance, computing incentive payouts, and delivering accurate, audit‑ready performance reporting. The role will also catalyze process transformation, leveraging Power BI and automation to evolve the performance management process into a scalable, system‑driven (XOS‑based) model.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Framework & KRA Design
- Partner with leadership, HR, and functional heads to design and refine KRAs, KPIs, and incentive metrics aligned to business objectives.
- Ensure KRAs are measurable, objective, time‑bound, and incentive‑ready.
- Maintain standardized KRA libraries, scoring methodologies, and weightage logic across roles and functions.
2. Monthly Performance Cycle Management
- Own the monthly performance cycle, including:
- Distribution of KRAs and scorecards to employees.
- Coordination and follow‑ups for timely self‑appraisal submissions.
- Tracking completion, exceptions, and escalations.
- Serve as the central control owner, ensuring cycle discipline and governance.
3. Performance Validation & Incentive Computation
- Validate employee‑reported inputs against:
- Defined KRAs
- Supporting evidence/proof points
- System‑generated data (where applicable)
- Identify inconsistencies, overreporting, or data gaps and resolve them in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Compute monthly/quarterly performance incentive payouts accurately and transparently.
- Prepare incentive summaries for Finance and HR sign‑off.
- Prepare performance incentive reports, scorecards, and leadership dashboards.
- Deliver insights on incentive leakage or anomalies and support management reviews with clear, data‑backed narratives.
- Lead the automation and digitization of the performance management lifecycle.
- Trend analysis.
- Partner with systems/IT teams to transition the process into an XOS‑based or workflow‑driven model.
- Reduce manual intervention, improve auditability, and enhance scalability.
6. Governance, Controls & Documentation
- Maintain audit‑ready documentation for:
- Define SOPs, control checks, and exception handling mechanisms.
- Support internal reviews, audits, and leadership queries related to incentives and performance data.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, HR, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in:
- Strong hands‑on experience with:
- Power BI experience strongly preferred.
- Exposure to automation tools, workflow systems, or analytics platforms is a plus.
- High attention to detail and data integrity.
- Strong follow‑up and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Structured, process‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to challenge inputs objectively and professionally.
- Comfort operating between HR, Finance, and Business leadership.
