Job summary

Synechron in Mumbai (Goregaon) is seeking a Peoplesoft Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in HCM modules. You will work on HR Core, Payroll, Benefits, ESS, MSS, and Recruiting, leveraging PeopleTools and SQL to deliver robust interfaces and data loads.

The role requires strong knowledge of PeopleCode, Application Designer, Integration Broker, and Component Interfaces, along with experience in Agile/Scrum and AI-assisted code optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1/9.2 modules: HR Core, Payroll, Benefits, ESS, MSS, Recruiting.
• Proficient with People Tools 8.5x; PeopleCode, PS Query, BI Publisher, SQR.
• Experience building inbound/outbound interfaces using Application Engine and File Layouts.
• Knowledge of loading data via Component Interfaces; hands-on unit testing and validation.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with Agile/Scrum.
• Solid knowledge of PeopleSoft tools: PeopleCode, App Designer, Integration Broker, Component Interface.
• Proficient in SQL and SQR; familiar with Fluid UI and Tools upgrades/patching.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; able to leverage AI for code optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PeopleSoft HCM modules per business requirements.
• Design and implement interfaces using Application Engine, PS Query, and BI Publisher.
• Perform unit testing and requirement validation; support deployment and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
