Job summary

Hexaware Technologies in India is seeking an ERP HCM Technology Consultant specializing in PeopleSoft to analyze support calls, meet SLA commitments, and understand core HCM processes.

You will design enhancements, develop components, files, records, and process definitions; build reports and interfaces; and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience handling support issues.
• Strong knowledge of core PeopleSoft HCM processes.
• Experience with People Tools and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze issues in support calls to meet SLA.

• Design, develop and test enhancements in PeopleSoft HCM.
• Create/modify components, file layouts, pages, records, fields and registrations.

ERP HCM Technology Consultant -Peoplesoft

Responsibilities

• Analyze the issues and priorities of support calls to meet the SLA.
• Understand the core Peoplesoft HCM process
• Design, Development and Unit Testing of Enhancements in PeopleSoft HCM.
• Create and modify Components, File Layouts, Pages, Records, Fields, Process Definitions and registering Components in Portal, Menu and Permission Lists as per requirements.
• Create new reports, Interfaces (SQR/Application Engine), BI Publisher as per the requirements.
• Basic Functional knowledge of following module Core HCM , Absence Management, Global Payroll Core, Talent Acquisition Management, Time and Labour
• 5+ years of experience in handling support issues
• Proficient in People Tools - Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interface, Security Administrator, Data Mover, Workflow, PS Query, PS Job Processes, Data Migration Activity
• Reporting tools like SQR, BI Publisher
• Self-driven, ability to work independently
• Clear communication, ability to work with multiple stakeholders
