Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a seasoned PeopleSoft HCM Consultant to join our client-facing team. You will bring hands-on expertise in PeopleSoft HCM, including core HR, payroll, benefits, recruiting, time & labor, and talent management, with a track record of upgrades.

This role is remote—WFH Anywhere in India—with at least 7+ years of experience and upgrade experience (v9.2 preferred). You will collaborate with clients to implement and upgrade PeopleSoft solutions and ensure smooth production

Qualifications

HHands-on experience in PeopleSoft HCM.
Involved in minimum 2 PeopleSoft HCM upgrades (v9.2 preferred).
Strong knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Time & Labor, Talent Management.
Strong in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Query, App Designer
