Tekskills Inc. is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Consultant to join our team.

This role offers remote work from anywhere in India and requires hands-on expertise and upgrade experience to implement and support PeopleSoft HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM, strong knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management, and a proven track record of completing at least two upgrades (preferably v9.2).

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM.
Completed at least 2 PeopleSoft HCM upgrades (v9.2 preferred).
Strong knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Time & Labor, Talent Management.
Proficient in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Query, and App Designer.
