Tekskills Inc. is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Consultant to join as a senior resource. The role demands hands-on expertise, upgrade experience, and a deep understanding of Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Time & Labor, and Talent Management.

This is a remote role, with work-from-home flexibility across India. The candidate should have strong skills in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Query, and App Designer, and be comfortable leading upgrade projects (v9.2

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HCM.
Involved in at least 2 PeopleSoft HCM upgrades (v9.2 preferred).
Strong knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Time & Labor, Talent Management.
Proficient in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, App Engine, SQR, Query, and App Designer.
