Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Consultant to join our team for hands-on implementation and upgrades. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Time & Labor, and Talent Management, with proven upgrade experience.

Location is Anywhere in India (WFH). The role requires 7+ years of hands-on experience and flexibility to work remotely from any Indian location.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HCM.
• Involved in minimum 2 PeopleSoft HCM upgrades (v9.2 preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Time & Labor, Talent Management.
• Strong in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Query, App Designer.
