Tekskills Inc. is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Consultant to join a remote team. The role requires hands-on expertise and upgrade experience, working from home anywhere in India.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting and Time & Labor, plus strong skills in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Query and App Designer.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HCM.
Involved in minimum 2 PeopleSoft HCM upgrades (v9.2 preferred).
Strong knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Time & Labor, Talent Management.
Strong in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Query, App Designer.
