• Minimum 4 years of experience in PeopleSoft administration and upgrades.
• Experience installing, configuring, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 environments.
• Participate in Application PUM image upgrade and People Tools upgrade 8.6x including installation, configuration, testing, validation, migration and production deployment support.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain and upgrade PeopleSoft components (Application Servers, Process Schedulers, Web Servers).
• Manage PeopleSoft Application Server, Process Scheduler and Web Server domains; monitor batch processing and troubleshoot issues.
• Configure load balancing across web and application tiers and perform performance tuning.
• Support PeopleSoft Integration Broker, OpenSearch, LDAP, SSO, and third-party integrations.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate administration, monitoring, deployment and support processes.
• Coordinate with DBAs and infrastructure teams for deployments and ongoing operations.
• Support Microsoft SQL Server-based PeopleSoft environments and Azure cloud deployments.

Job description

Seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Administrator to support ongoing administration and People Tools upgrade project of PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 environment.

Responsibilities:

• Experience required is minimum 4 Years
• Install, configure, monitor, tune, and troubleshoot PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 environments, including Application Servers, Process Schedulers, Web Servers, and related infrastructure components.
• Participate in Application PUM image upgrade and People Tools upgrade 8.6x, including installation, configuration, testing, validation, migration, and production deployment support.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade Oracle WebLogic, Oracle Tuxedo, Java, and COBOL components required for PeopleSoft environments.
• Perform PUM installations, image-level patching, and Change Assistant activities.
• Create, maintain, and monitor PeopleSoft Application Server, Process Scheduler, and Web Server domains; monitor batch processing and troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues.
• Configure and support load balancing across web and application tiers and perform application, and web server performance tuning.
• Administer and support PeopleSoft Integration Broker, OpenSearch, LDAP, Single Sign-On (SSO), and third-party system integrations.
• Manage code migrations using Application Designer and Phire Change Control and administer the Phire environment.
• Perform daily operational health checks, environment monitoring, and participate in weekly/monthly environment refresh and setup activities.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate PeopleSoft system administration, monitoring, deployment, and operational support processes.
• Execute scheduled patching and maintenance activities for Oracle WebLogic, Oracle Tuxedo, Java, and related PeopleSoft infrastructure components.
• Support PeopleSoft developers, business users, and ServiceNow incidents and requests; troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with database administrators, infrastructure teams to support deployments and ongoing operations.
• Support Microsoft SQL Server-based PeopleSoft environments and collaborate with database teams on environment maintenance and performance-related activities.
• Participate in DR planning, testing, and recovery exercises.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide weekend and after-hours support for maintenance, upgrades, and production issues as required.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft environments hosted in Azure cloud environments is preferred.
• Experience in Microsoft SQL Servers and Azure cloud.
