  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with managers and employees.
  • Strong judgment, communication skills, and customer service orientation.
  • Experience with HRIS platform Workday and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Forward-looking mindset, embracing change and emerging tools like AI.
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English; Tamil and Hindi are assets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and integration to ensure a positive new hire experience.
  • Support employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Facilitate employee feedback programs, pulse surveys, and action planning.
  • Maintain a consistent five-day-per-week on-site presence in the Coimbatore office.
  • Serve as the local HR contact for employees and managers for policies and processes.
  • Support employee relations matters, investigations, and workplace concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and SEZ requirements.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and records in HR systems.
  • Own end-to-end recruitment and partner with hiring managers on workforce needs.
  • Source, screen, and coordinate candidates; ensure strong candidate experience.
  • Track recruiting metrics and inform recruitment strategies.
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
  • Build relationships with leaders and employees as a trusted people advisor.
  • Share workforce insights to support planning and growth objectives.

We are seeking a highly collaborative, creative, and business-focused People & Talent Partner to drive an exceptional employee experience across the organization. This role is designed for professionals who combine strategic thinking with execution excellence and are passionate about building an engaging, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.

The Talent and People Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, shaping people’s strategies that support business growth, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, and workplace culture. The role will also oversee local office operations to ensure a seamless employee experience from onboarding through career growth. Provide trusted local HR support to employees and managers while ensuring effective execution of people processes, employee experience initiatives, and HR operations across India.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Experience & Culture
  • Lead onboarding and integration activities to ensure a positive and engaging new hire experience.
  • Support employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Facilitate employee feedback programs, pulse surveys, and related action planning.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, retention, and overall workplace experience.
  • Maintain a consistent five-day-per-week on-site presence in the Coimbatore office to build strong employee relationships, provide day-to-day people support, and foster an engaging workplace culture.
HR Operations
  • Serve as the local HR contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on company policies, programs, and HR processes.
  • Support employee relations matters, investigations, and workplace concerns, escalating risks as appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable local employment legislation, including SEZ (ELCOT) requirements.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and records within HR systems.
Talent Acquisition
  • Own end-to-end recruitment across assigned business functions from requisition creation through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Source, screen, and coordinate candidates through multiple channels while delivering a positive candidate experience.
  • Track recruiting metrics, market trends, and sourcing effectiveness to continuously improve hiring outcomes and inform recruitment strategies.
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Talent Advisory & Stakeholder Management
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders, managers, and employees, acting as a trusted advisor on people-related matters.
  • Develop and share workforce and talent insights to support workforce planning, hiring decisions, and business growth objectives.
PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian employment practices and people operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with managers and employees.
  • Strong judgment, communication skills, and customer service orientation.
  • Experience with HRIS platform Workday and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Brings a forward-looking mindset, embracing change and leveraging emerging tools, such as AI, to drive better outcomes.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English; proficiency in Tamil and Hindi is considered an asset.
