• Assist with attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs.

Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven People Function Intern to support our People Function at the Mysuru Operations Plant. This role is designed for a fresher who wants to build a career in Human Resources while gaining practical exposure to People Management in a growing EV technology and manufacturing environment.

The internship offers an opportunity to learn, contribute, and develop hands-on HR experience in a dynamic workplace, with the potential for conversion to a permanent on-roll position based on performance and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with talent connect activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
• Support employee onboarding and documentation.
• Coordinate with candidates, employees, and hiring teams to ensure a smooth joining experience.
• Support People Function initiatives at the Operations plant.
• Interact regularly with employees and understand their concerns, feedback, and requirements.
• Assist in organizing employee events, activities, training programs, and other people-related initiatives.
• Assist in maintaining employee records and People Function documentation.
• Support attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and other employee-related processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of employee information and records.
• Support day-to-day employee relations activities at the plant.
• Assist with statutory compliance-related activities and documentation.
• Coordinate with employees and relevant internal teams on People Function matters.
• Work closely with the Senior People Function Executive and different departments at the Mysuru plant.
• Support workforce requirements and other People Function activities as assigned.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
