Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Pega development.
Hands-on expertise with Pega BPM and workflow automation.
Experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale Pega applications.
Knowledge of Pega Case Management, BPM, integrations, APIs, decisioning, and business rules.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and strong communication.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement enterprise Pega applications using the Pega Platform.
Configure workflow automation, case management, business rules, and user interfaces.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Develop integrations with enterprise systems via APIs and web services.
Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing application enhancements.
Contribute to Agile delivery teams and promote development best practices.

Preferred Qualifications
