Job summary

Revolent Group is seeking a Lead Pega Developer in Bengaluru to design, develop, and implement enterprise applications on the Pegasystems platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC, BPM, and case management, delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.

You will design and build Pega rules, flows, and integrations, collaborate with analysts, perform code reviews, and ensure best practices. Relevant CSA certification is required; CSSA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6–10+ years of experience in Pega development.
• Strong experience with Pega PRPC / Pega Platform (version 7.x/8.x or above).
• Proficiency in Case management & BPM concepts.
• Proficiency in Data modeling.
• Experience with Pega integration tools (REST, SOAP, Connectors/Services).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Pega certifications such as CSA (Certified System Architect) – required
• CSA (Certified System Architect) – required
• CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) – preferred

Responsibilities
