Bring 8+ years of Pega experience to design and deliver enterprise Pega solutions across financial services, healthcare, and life sciences, while mentoring peers and collaborating with Fortune 500 clients and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Pega development experience.
• Experience delivering end-to-end Pega applications and platform implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Pega architecture, case management, rule-based development.
• Experience integrating Pega with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/Pega Cloud).
• Ability to mentor junior developers and participate in design/code reviews.
• Excellent client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and build enterprise-grade Pega applications, scalable and maintainable.
• Translate business processes into case management/workflow solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Architects, Solution Architects, stakeholders.
• Develop integrations between Pega and external systems using APIs and frameworks.
• Contribute to design discussions, code reviews, and performance optimization.
• Build reusable components and frameworks to improve delivery consistency.
• Support testing, deployment, and continuous improvement in Agile environments.

What you will be doing

• Design and build enterprise-grade applications on the Pega Platform, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices
• Translate complex business processes into efficient case management and workflow solutions
• Collaborate closely with Business Architects, Solution Architects, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions for clients
• Develop integrations between Pega and external systems using modern API and integration frameworks

What we are looking for

• 8+ years Pega Development experience
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Pega application development and new platform implementations
• Strong understanding of Pega architecture, case management, decisioning, and rule-based development
• Experience integrating Pega with enterprise systems and APIs
• Exposure to Agile delivery, DevOps practices, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Pega Cloud)
• Ability to mentor junior developers and participate in technical design and code reviews
• Confident communication skills, especially in client-facing project environments
• Domain experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Life Sciences is a plus
