Job summary

InfoVision Inc. in Chennai, Tamil Nadu is seeking an experienced Pega CJCM Developer with hands-on experience in Pega CDH, Customer Journey Management, and Pega case management.

The candidate will design, develop, configure, and support Pega-based customer engagement and journey solutions. You will design and develop customer journeys, configure CDH capabilities, manage case types, work with stakeholders, and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

Qualifications

• Experience with Pega CJCM, CDH, and customer journey management.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum.
• Production support and troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and Pega deployment practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop customer journeys and case management solutions using Pega CJCM.
• Configure and customize Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and related customer engagement capabilities.
• Develop and manage Pega case types, workflows, stages, processes, SLAs, and business rules.
• Configure Customer Journey Management capabilities to deliver personalized customer experiences.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Pega solutions.
• Develop and configure Pega UI, data models, decisioning rules, integrations, and APIs.
• Implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration frameworks.
• Perform application testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Follow Pega best practices and ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, and maintainable.
• Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, code reviews, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, QA, and other development teams.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
