Job description

You are all set to:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega CDH applications.
• Design decision strategies, Next-Best-Action (NBA), and customer journeys using Pega CDH.
• Integrate Pega CDH with external systems, databases, and APIs.
• Develop and manage customer profiles, segmentation, and predictive models within Pega CDH.
• Implement and optimize real‑time and batch decisioning capabilities.

You bring in:

• Advanced understanding of PEGA PRPC V8.X tools and experience leading development activities.
• Experience analyzing, identifying, and logging enhancements/bugs for PEGA PRPC V8.x.
• Proficiency with Pega User interface, various Pega rule models, Pega Process Models, Pega Web Service, Pega LDAP setups, Pega Connectors, services, and knowledge of Single sign‑on models.
• Experience with Circumstancing – single, multi‑variable, and Date time.
• Knowledge in Case management – Parallel processing, optional actions, duplicate & temporary cases, Decision tables, trees, map values, UI – Localization, defer loading, optimization, Integration – File (Oracle, DB2, MS/SQL, REST and/or EJB), and email listeners.
• Expertise in Exception handling, Application Performance optimization, Deployment, ruleset & branch ruleset management.
• Working knowledge of Activities, Flows (Screen Flow, Tab Flow, Adding decision, sub flows & integration to Flow), UIs rules, Harness, Sections, Portals, Local Action, Flow Action, Data Transform, Correspondence, Rule Inspector.
• Experience with Reports (Report‑Definition) and Dashboard, decision and declarative rules.
• Proficiency with Pega OOTB integration (SOAP, REST, MQ, SQL, File).
• Knowledge of Job schedulers and Queue Processors, Bulk Processing, Kafka.
• Experience with Email/File listeners.
• Working knowledge of Access Group, Class Group, Access Roles, Privileges, Setting up SLA, Worklist, Workbasket, and Change in Access roles.
