Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Senior Pega Architect to define architecture, patterns, and standards for scalable, secure Pega solutions.

You will lead case management governance, integrations, and cloud-native multi-tenant designs while mentoring teams and ensuring adherence to best practices. Experience with Pega Platform, Case Management, and AWS is essential; FCRM exposure is a plus for strategic risk programs.

Formación

• Senior IT experience with Pega architecture and solution design.
• Expertise in Pega Platform, Case Management, Workflow Automation, and Decisioning.
• Experience with Pega Cloud, AWS, and Multi-Tenant Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integration frameworks, and SQL.
• Strong technical leadership, solution architecture, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) is an advantage.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation and migration programs preferred.
