Job summary

Broadridge in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Pega Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Pega Infinity. You will build scalable case management solutions and integrate external systems through REST/SOAP APIs, while leveraging Constellation UI and GenAI features to improve user experience.

You will collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA and stakeholders, participate in Agile ceremonies, and mentor junior developers to foster technical leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Pega development.
• Hands-on experience with Pega Infinity, Case Management and integrations.
• Experience with Pega GenAI, REST APIs and Agile methods.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Pega Infinity.
• Develop scalable case management and workflow solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Utilize Pega GenAI capabilities to enhance application development and improve user experience.
• Build and configure applications using Constellation architecture and modern UI frameworks.

• Perform application design reviews and ensure adherence to Pega guardrails and best practices.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring application stability and performance.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimations, and code reviews.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership within the team.
• Drive innovation through adoption of AI-powered development and workflow automation capabilities.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years in Pega development.
• Strong hands-on experience in Pega Infinity, Case Management, Integrations, and Constellation UI.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred:

• CSSA Certification.
