Job summary

PCB Power Market seeks a Production Planning Engineer to ensure on-time delivery of PCB products with quality and efficiency.

The role involves comprehensive planning of processes, manpower, and materials in a fast-paced PCB manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• MIS reports, MS Office & ERP knowledge required.
• Fundamentals of production planning and lean manufacturing basics.
• ISO production planning system knowledge preferred.
• Manpower and material management skills.
• Experience in PCB manufacturing process is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize production planning activities across the plant.
• Review daily planning of work centres, output, utilities and manpower.
• Ensure on-time delivery by tracking work orders and priorities.
• Address customer delivery grievances and escalate to leadership as needed.
• Inform Technical Sales Support on planning deviations or issues.
• Plan shifts to maximize efficiency without impacting delivery.
• Coordinate with logistics for shipments and final delivery.

• Purpose of Position: - This position is responsible to ensure on time delivery of products to customers with desired quality and operational efficiency. He/She needs to do proper planning of processes
• Qualification Required : - Diploma / BE -Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics or B Sc Chemistry
• Skill Set Required :- MIS reports , Computer proficiency- MS Office & ERP knowledge, Fundamentals of production planning, Basics of lean manufacturing, ISO-production planning system basic knowledge, Manpower management, Material Management

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor production planning activities within the organization.
• Review daily planning of work centre output , utility and manpower management
• Ensure delivery performance by daily monitoring of Engineering ,Production work Centre output, shift planning, work order priority and planning
• Handle grievances related to customer delivery concerns and report to group leader about unresolved issues
• Notify Technical Sales Support Team regarding planning deviation or any other production related technical concerns
• Ensure shift planning to achieve desire operational efficiency without compromising on customer delivery performance
• Coordination with logistic partners for physical collection and connection of shipments
• Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules.
