Job summary

Kairos Technologies Inc. in Chennai seeks an experienced PCB design engineer focused on Altium and ECAD. You will contribute to high-speed and high-power PCB layouts for complex multi-layer boards.

The role requires 6+ years' hands-on experience with Altium Designer, SI/PI, DFM/DFX, and automotive ECU considerations, with exposure to PCIe, DDR, and thermal management.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in ECAD/PCB design.
• Hands-on Altium Designer expertise is essential.
• Experienced in high-speed and high-power PCB design.
• Experience with SoC/processor and DDR-based designs.
• Experience with high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, USB, Ethernet, HDMI, LVDS, and SerDes.
• Understanding of power electronics, DC-DC converters, MOSFETs, and thermal management.
• Knowledge of SI/PI/EMI/EMC and controlled impedance design.
• Strong knowledge of DFM, DFA, DFT, and DFX.
• Experience in complex multi-layer PCB design and manufacturing release.
• Automotive electronics/ECU hardware design experience is a plus.
