Job summary

TATA 1 MG in Gurugram seeks a Senior Associate to manage payroll processes end-to-end for PAN India. You will handle attendance, leaves, and overtime with strict adherence to statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC, LWF, and professional tax.

Collaboration with Finance ensures timely salary payments and accurate MIS reporting. The role requires 5+ years of core India payroll experience and proficiency in Excel, with the ability to support audits and manage vendor payroll processes.

• Support internal, external, and statutory audits.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate end-to-end monthly payroll.

• Ensure strict adherence to Indian labor statutes.
• Manage PF, ESIC, LWF, and Professional Tax.
• Handle Notices from the Departments and visit the department if required.
• Manage contractual manpower vendors.
• Conduct audits for manpower vendors compliance.
• Handle employee queries.
• Work with Finance to ensure timely payment of salaries.
• Prepare MIS and Excel reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage attendance, leaves, and overtime inputs.
• Strong knowledge of Statuary compliances
• Manage PF, ESIC, LWF, and Professional Tax
• Handle Notices from the Departments and Visit the department in case if require
• Ensure strict adherence to Indian labor statutes.
• Manage Contractual manpower vendors.
• Conduct audit for the Manpower vendors compliances.
• Handle Employee queries
• Work with Finance team to ensure timely payment of salaries
• Prepare MIS , Good in Excel
