Job summary

You will ensure accurate payroll calculations, statutory deductions compliance, and end-to-end payroll operations with strong internal control checks. Prior experience of 1+ year in payroll is preferred.

• Demonstrated knowledge of payroll processes, including accurate calculation, processing, and reconciliation of employee payroll data. Strong understanding of payroll compliance requirements, statutory deductions, and applicable tax regulations. Ability to support end-to-end payroll operations with attention to accuracy, timeliness, and control checks. Proficient in applying general consulting skills to analyze payroll issues and support process improvements. Experienced in maintaining payroll records and ensuring adherence to internal policies and external compliance standards.
