• End-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
• Ownership of salary structures, benefits, and statutory deductions (Shops and Establishments, Contract Labour, PF, ESI, gratuity, income tax).
• Compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• End-to-end HR MIS and workforce analytics reporting.
• Governance of leave, attendance, and data integrity impacting payroll.
• Seamless execution of employee lifecycle processes (exit, FF, settlements).
• Confidential handling of sensitive employee and payroll data.

The Scope of Your Influence

• Process monthly payroll including validations, reconciliations, and payouts.
• Manage statutory compliances: PF, ESI, TDS, gratuity, and audits.
• Partner with Finance for payroll accounting, reconciliation, and audit support.
• Drive year-end activities: Form 16, tax filings, bonus processing.
• Handle consultant invoices and temporary workforce payments.
• Build and maintain MIS reports and dashboards: Headcount, attrition, absenteeism.
• Payroll cost and workforce analytics.
• Oversee resignation, termination, clearance, and full final settlement.
• Administer and monitor leave and attendance systems.
• Ensure accurate data flow from attendance/leave into payroll.
• Address employee queries related to payroll, leave, and attendance discrepancies.
