ABOUT THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Compile and verify attendance and payroll inputs using advanced Excel functions.
2. Process salary calculations utilizing payroll software and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
3. Coordinate deductions, reimbursements, and ensure accurate computation of statutory deductions such as PF, ESI, and TDS.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records in the HRIS system and ensure data integrity.
5. Support statutory documentation and compliance by preparing reports and filings as per government regulations.
6. Resolve payroll-related employee queries by analyzing issues and providing timely solutions.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
