Job summary

Sisco Research Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing for the organization. The role requires hands-on experience with payroll software and a keen eye for accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations.

The successful candidate will handle salary processing, data management, and payroll reporting, while maintaining confidentiality of payroll information and collaborating with HR for attendance and leave data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Human Resources.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in payroll processing.
• Hands-on experience in payroll software and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and payroll compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines.
• Work on payroll software for salary processing, employee data management, and payroll reports.
• Maintain payroll records including salary structures, deductions, reimbursements, incentives, and bonuses.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with the HR team for attendance records, leave data, and employee information updates.
• Generate payslips, payroll statements, and MIS reports related to payroll.
• Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, tax calculations, and payroll discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll data.
• Support internal and statutory audits related to payroll.
