QODORO in India is seeking a detail-oriented Payment Posting Specialist with 1–2 years of U.S. dental billing experience to join our growing team.

You will post payments, analyze EOBs/ERAs, and ensure accurate application for our U.S.-based dental clients. This role requires proficiency with dental billing software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental preferred), strong Excel skills, and a disciplined, deadline-driven work style.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of U.S. dental/medical billing experience.
• Proficient in EOB/ERA interpretation and insurance payments.
• Strong attention to detail and deadline driven.
• Proficiency in Excel and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Post EOBs, ERAs, patient and insurance payments accurately.
• Reconcile daily deposits and apply payments correctly.
• Identify and correct posting errors and missing data.
• Review denials, partial payments, and write-offs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain knowledge of dental billing codes and HIPAA guidelines.
• Generate reports on posting, reconciliation, and balances.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.

Work Hours: Mid – Shift

Salary: 25-30K per month

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Payment Posting Specialist with experience in Dental Billing to join our growing team at QODORO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately posting payments, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring smooth financial operations for our U.S.-based dental clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately post EOBs, ERAs, patient payments, and insurance payments into the billing system.
• Reconcile daily deposits and ensure all payments are applied correctly.
• Identify and resolve payment posting errors, adjustments, and missing information.
• Review and analyze denials, partial payments, and write-offs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to handle account discrepancies or missing documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental insurance billing, codes, and payment guidelines.
• Generate reports related to payment posting, reconciliation, and outstanding balances.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and client-specific protocols.
• Should have experience in payment posting and claim submission
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy benchmarks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in U.S. Dental Billing or Payment Posting.
• Strong understanding of EOB/ERA interpretation, insurance payments, and adjustments.
• Proficiency in dental billing software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental – preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong Excel and documentation skills.
