QODORO in Gujarat, India is hiring an AR Executive for dental/medical billing to handle US claims, follow-ups, and denial management during night shifts.

You will review pending/denied claims, verify eligibility, collaborate with coding and billing teams, and maintain detailed records while driving timely payments.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of AR calling experience, strong English, and a keen eye for accuracy and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls to US insurance companies to follow up on outstanding dental claims.
• Review and follow up on pending or denied claims within the standard billing cycle.

• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and underpayments through investigation and follow-up.
• Communicate with insurance representatives to expedite claim processing and payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to correct errors and optimize claim submissions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all communications and actions.
• Generate and analyze AR/claims status reports.
• Ensure deliverables meet client quality standards and compliance guidelines.
• Stay informed about payer policies, billing procedures, and regulations.

About the Role

As an AR Executive / AR Specialist - Dental Billing , you will be responsible for ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of insurance claims, reducing accounts receivable aging, and maintaining strong relationships with insurance providers. This role requires a strong understanding of the US healthcare and dental billing process, denial management, and claim resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to insurance companies (US) to follow up on outstanding dental claims.
• Review and follow up on pending or denied claims within the standard billing cycle.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage details to ensure accurate billing.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and underpayments through investigation and follow-up.
• Communicate effectively with insurance representatives to expedite claim processing and payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams (coding, billing, and payment posting) to correct errors and optimize claim submissions.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of all communications and actions taken.
• Generate and analyze reports related to accounts receivable and claim status.
• Ensure deliverables meet client quality standards and compliance guidelines.
• Stay informed about the latest payer policies, billing procedures, and compliance regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1 – 2 years of experience in Dental or Medical Billing (AR Calling) .
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable process and Denial Management .
• Good understanding of healthcare and dental billing concepts .
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• High level of energy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.
• Experience in patient calling will be an added advantage.
