Responsibilities:

• Lead and Manage portfolios with CXO and leadership
• Stakeholder management for complete Payments Lifecycle
• Lead and manage teams across multiple banking projects – with 25+ stakeholders. Lead Team of 50+ FTE.
• Design & Own strategy, planning, execution, and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with Business, Product, Development, and Compliance teams.
• Ensure adherence to banking regulatory standards and quality benchmarks.
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Review test metrics, defect trends, and continuously improve QA processes.
• Capable of automating & optimizing the delivery workstreams by 15-20%.

Qualifications:

• Location – Strictly Bangalore.
• 15+ years of experience in Leadership / Project Delivery.
• Past - Strong hands-on experience in Banking applications (Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, etc.).
• Experience in Agile / Scrum / Waterfall delivery models.
• Strong knowledge of Management tools (JIRA, ALM, TestRail, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
