Qualifications

• Strong pattern creation skills, including Pattern Making and Pattern Design for ready-to-wear garments.
• Hands-on technical skills such as sewing and fitting to translate patterns into well-constructed, accurately fitting samples.
• Experience working with different fabrics, garment construction techniques, and finishing details.
• Ability to collaborate with design and production teams, communicate clearly, and respond constructively to feedback from fittings.
• Strong attention to detail, measurement accuracy, and quality standards, with a focus on consistency across sizes.
• Prior experience as a Pattern Maker in fashion or apparel manufacturing; experience with contemporary or minimal ready-to-wear is an advantage.
• Relevant education or training in fashion design, pattern making, apparel technology, or a related field.

Role Description:
