Job summary

QI Spine in Bangalore seeks a Patient Counsellor to be the primary contact for patients, guiding them through treatment options and enrollments with an empathetic, consultative approach.

You will educate patients on non-surgical treatment pathways, pricing, and outcomes while coordinating with clinicians to ensure a smooth journey from inquiry to enrollment.

Qualifications

• HSC or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 5 years of experience in education counselling, admission counselling, tele-counselling, healthcare counselling, or consultative sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English and the local language.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients and families regarding QI Spine's non-surgical treatment programs.
• Understand patient needs and concerns through effective questioning and active listening.
• Explain treatment plans, pricing, payment options, and expected outcomes in an empathetic manner.
• Convert doctor recommendations into treatment enrollments while maintaining a patient-centric approach.
• Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and clinic staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
