Job summary

Roche Diagnostics India Pvt Ltd in Kochi invites a Patient Journey Partner to collaborate with oncologists and hematologists to improve patient outcomes through cross-functional initiatives and data-driven engagement.

You will work with Medical, Marketing and Market Access teams, travel within the territory, and bring insights to life while upholding ethics and compliance. A Bachelor's in Pharmacy or Life Sciences and 2–6 years of experience are required; Ophthalmology exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related discipline; MBA is preferred.
• 2–6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
• Experience in Ophthalmology or Specialty Care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the local healthcare ecosystem and customer needs.
• Build trusted partnerships with Oncologists, Hematologists and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Drive scientific and value-based engagements while ensuring the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient access and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions.
• Execute territory plans using customer insights, data, and agile ways of working.
• Collaborate closely with Medical, Marketing, Market Access, and other internal partners to deliver meaningful customer and patient outcomes.

Position Overview

As a Patient Journey Partner (PJP), you will be responsible for creating value across the healthcare ecosystem by partnering with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to improve patient outcomes. You will work in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment, leveraging customer insights to address unmet needs and enhance the patient journey.

Your Key Responsibilities
