Job summary

Roche in Kochi, Kerala is seeking a Patient Journey Partner (PJP) in Hemato Oncology to improve patient outcomes by partnering with doctors and other stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem.

You will work in a cross-functional team, building partnerships with oncologists and hematologists, and driving value-based engagements while upholding ethics and compliance. The role requires travel within the territory and a focus on patient access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or related discipline.
• MBA is preferred.
• 2–6 years in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
• Experience in Ophthalmology or Specialty Care is preferred.
• Strong customer engagement, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

• Build trusted partnerships with Oncologists, Hematologists and other healthcare stakeholders.

• Execute territory plans using customer insights, data, and agile ways of working.
• Collaborate with Medical, Marketing, Market Access, and other internal partners to deliver meaningful outcomes.

The Position

As a Patient Journey Partner (PJP), you will be responsible for creating value across the healthcare ecosystem by partnering with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to improve patient outcomes. You will work in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment, leveraging customer insights to address unmet needs and enhance the patient journey.

• Collaborate closely with Medical, Marketing, Market Access, and other internal partners to deliver meaningful customer and patient outcomes.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related discipline; MBA is preferred.
• 2–6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
• Experience in Ophthalmology or Specialty Care is preferred.
• Strong customer engagement, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Learning agility, digital mindset, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
