Job summary

Roche Kochi in India invites a Patient Journey Partner (PJP) to collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes in hematology-oncology. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related discipline.
• MBA is preferred for advanced engagement and leadership opportunities.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.

As a Patient Journey Partner (PJP), you will be responsible for creating value across the healthcare ecosystem by partnering with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to improve patient outcomes. You will work in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment, leveraging customer insights to address unmet needs and enhance the patient journey.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the local healthcare ecosystem and customer needs
• Build trusted partnerships with Oncologists, Hematologists and other healthcare stakeholders
• Drive scientific and value-based engagements while ensuring the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and compliance

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related discipline; MBA is preferred
• 2–6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry
• Experience in Ophthalmology or Specialty Care is preferred
• Strong customer engagement, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Learning agility, digital mindset, and a passion for improving patient outcomes
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
