Qualifications

• Fluency in Kannada and Telugu is required.

• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office/Google Sheets is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Attend incoming calls and respond to patient enquiries generated through social channels and digital campaigns.
• Call and follow up with prospective patients to understand treatment requirements.
• Counsel patients and explain treatment processes, options, and next steps.
• Build trust and maintain clear communication with patients and attendants.
• Follow up regularly to convert leads into consultations or treatments.
• Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, and internal teams for appointments and requirements.
• Maintain accurate patient and lead information in the CRM.
• Track follow-ups and ensure timely communication with every lead.
• Provide professional handling of patient queries for a positive experience.
• Maintain daily reports of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with prospective patients and understand their treatment requirements.


• Counsel patients and explain the treatment process, available options, and next steps.


• Build trust and maintain good communication with patients and their attendants.


• Follow up regularly with interested patients and assist in converting leads into consultations/treatments.


• Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, and internal teams for patient appointments and treatment-related requirements.


• Maintain accurate patient and lead information in the CRM.


• Track follow-ups and ensure timely communication with every lead.

Requirements
