Pathology Lab Technician (Customer Support)

The platform is designed to provide high‑quality, affordable solutions to small and medium‑scale laboratories, enhancing their operational efficiency and accuracy.

Must Have Requirements

• Graduate in DMLT or BMLT.
• Good spoken communication skills in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Kannada.
• Ability to join within 15 days.

Job Responsibilities

You will mainly be responsible for sales and support of our pathology lab software.

Support

• Support labs in using the software and resolve queries.
• Ensure support tickets are resolved in a timely manner.
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and renewals.
• Help prospective customers set up their accounts and train them to use the software.

General

• Keep track of customer feedback and suggest improvements to the software.
• Stay updated on new features and updates in the software.
