Job summary

TekWissen Group is hiring for a Patching & Vulnerability Management Advisor based in Pune/Bangalore. The role is hybrid, full-time, and focuses on executing patch deployment and remediation across infrastructure while ensuring SLA adherence.

You will monitor vulnerabilities, maintain remediation records, and drive process improvements. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of experience in patch and vulnerability management, IT operations, and cyber security governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Patch Management, Vulnerability Management and IT Operations.
• Ability to investigate routine patching issues and maintain remediation records.

Responsibilities

• Execute patch deployment and vulnerability remediation activities across supported infrastructure and applications, ensuring completion within defined SLA timelines.
• Investigate and resolve routine patching issues.
• Support patch compliance and cyber hygiene objectives by monitoring remediation tickets, tracking overdue vulnerabilities, and following governance processes.
• Maintain accurate operational records and reporting, updating remediation status and providing progress updates to stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvement by identifying recurring issues and working on automation and documentation.
