Job description

End Users Management Services
- Software and Application Patching: Manage upgrades, updates, and patching for software and applications across all endpoints.
- Ensure compliance with security requirements via monthly patching and handle zero-day vulnerabilities via expedited patching.
- Antivirus Management: Oversee antivirus updates, manage device compliance, and respond to potential malware threats.
- Device Management policies using Intune (any Customer recommended tool).
- Troubleshooting of end user workstation issues - Software/Hardware remotely.
- Reporting compliance status.
Identity and Access Management
- Manage user identities, access to systems, and integration with privileged access management platforms. Ensure compliance with security policies and support periodic reviews.
- Handle Leavers/Joiners/Update activities for end points in AD.
