SHI Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad is seeking a Patch Management Engineer to join our on-site team. The role focuses on deploying patches across enterprise endpoints and servers, troubleshooting failures, and maintaining compliance evidence for US client systems.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in patch or endpoint management, is comfortable with Windows/Linux/macOS patching, and understands ITIL, Change and Incident Management. US hours from Hyderabad are required.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting, communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute patch deployment across enterprise endpoints and servers.
• Troubleshoot patch failures and compliance gaps.
• Support monthly, emergency & out-of-band patch cycles.
• Track patch compliance, remediation and SLA status; coordinate with infrastructure, endpoint security and vulnerability management teams.
• Maintain documentation, reports and compliance evidence.
