Highbrow Technology Inc. seeks an experienced Patch & Vulnerability Remediation Engineer to join our Infrastructure Operations team in Mumbai. The role focuses on patch deployment, remediation, endpoint management, and closure of vulnerabilities across Windows and Linux environments.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with SCCM and Tanium, strong scripting skills in PowerShell and shell, and a proven ability to deliver secure, compliant systems in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of overall IT experience with 6+ years in patch management and vulnerability remediation.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM and Tanium.
• Strong Windows and Linux administration knowledge.
• Proficient in PowerShell and shell scripting.
• Experience deploying patches, troubleshooting, and validating fixes.

Vulnerability Patch Remediation – Infrastructure Operations

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 8–10 Years overall | 6+ Years relevant

Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days WFO per week

Shift: Rotational, primarily 2 PM–10 PM; flexibility required

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Patch & Vulnerability Remediation Engineer with strong hands‑on experience in Windows and Linux infrastructure environments. The role is part of Infrastructure Operations and focuses on patch deployment, remediation, endpoint management, and closure of vulnerabilities.

Mandatory Skills

• 8–10 years of overall experience with 6+ years in Patch Management/Vulnerability Remediation.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SCCM and Tanium.
• Strong Windows and Linux administration knowledge.
• Good PowerShell and Shell scripting skills.
• Experience with patch deployment, troubleshooting and validation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Exposure to Qualys, Tenable or Rapid7.
• ITIL knowledge/certification.
• CompTIA Security+, CEH or equivalent certification.
• Exposure to automation/DevOps practices.
