This is a full-time on-site role for an Entremet / Pastry CHEF at Zinque. The role involves in the day-to-day production of pastries, cakes, Entremets etc. The Pastry Chef will also be responsible for preparing, decorating pastries, accepting online

Qualifications

• 1+ years of entremet chef experience in luxury settings.
• Strong pastry techniques, glazing and chocolate work.

• Ability to follow recipes accurately.

• Professional kitchen experience required.

Responsibilities

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Entremet / Pastry CHEF at Zinque. The role involves in the day-to-day production of pastries, cakes, Entremets etc. The Pastry Chef will also be responsible for preparing, decorating pastries, accepting online orders and ensuring that all baked goods meet quality and safety standards and taking online orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality entremets, mousse cakes, pastries, and desserts.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
• Develop new dessert concepts and seasonal menu offerings.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organization.
• Manage production schedules and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Work collaboratively with the pastry team to achieve excellence.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 1 years of experience as an Entremet Chef in a luxury hotel, premium bakery, or pastry kitchen.
2. Strong knowledge of modern pastry techniques, glazing, chocolate work, and dessert presentation.
3. Creative mindset with attention to detail.
4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
5. Passion for innovation and delivering exceptional quality.
6. Ability to follow recipes and measurement instructions accurately.
