Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Pastry Chef role located in Bellandur Bengaluru, Karnataka. The Pastry Chef will oversee the preparation and presentation of high-quality baked goods and pastries in alignment with Coffee Mechanics' farm-to-table philosophy. Daily responsibilities include creating and testing new recipes, preparing doughs and batters, baking pastries and desserts, decorating finished products, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. The role requires collaboration with the culinary team to ensure consistency and excellence in product offerings.
