Role Description

The Demi Chef De Partie is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, working within the café’s kitchen and bakehouse. Responsibilities include preparing and plating baked goods and light café dishes, assisting in the production of pastries and savory items, and ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and presentation. The role supports senior kitchen staff by following recipes, maintaining mise en place, managing stock rotation, and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. The Demi Chef De Partie also helps with daily kitchen organization, cleaning, and coordination with the front‑of‑house team to ensure timely and smooth service. This position offers opportunities to learn and grow within a specialty coffee and European bakehouse setting.
