Coforge is seeking a Partnerships Operations Specialist to support and scale strategic partnerships across leading AI platforms. You will collaborate with delivery teams, alliance leaders, and business stakeholders to capture client success stories, track partner performance, and develop insightful dashboards.

The role focuses on optimizing partner programs, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving efficiency using Excel and Power BI in a dynamic enterprise AI environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Partnerships Operations, Business Operations, Alliance Management, Program Management, Analytics, or related functions.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, data reconciliation, formulas, and dashboard creation.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting and visualization tools.
• Understanding of AI, Cloud, Data, and Enterprise Technology ecosystems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
• Experience creating business reports, case studies, and performance insights.

Responsabilités

• Partner with delivery teams to identify and document AI and technology use cases, business outcomes, and client success stories.
• Develop case studies, capability summaries, partner submissions, and sales enablement material.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics using Excel, Power BI, and related tools.
• Track and analyze pipeline, bookings, revenue, platform adoption, and partner program performance.
• Manage partner operations activities including registrations, certifications, competencies, funding, and enablement programs.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across delivery, sales, marketing, and alliance teams.
• Conduct research and analysis on AI, cloud, and emerging technologies.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous process improvements and knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams

The role involves working closely with delivery teams, alliance leaders, and business stakeholders to uncover client success stories, track partner performance, build insightful dashboards, and drive partner-related operational excellence. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop deep expertise in enterprise AI, cloud, and emerging technologies while working with global AI partners.

Key Responsibilities:
